If you have an old D-Link installation CD, copy the entire PSAdmin folder to a USB drive. The program is – it does not require installation. Just copy PSAdmin.exe to your Windows 7 desktop.
Note: This post addresses the reality that Windows 7 is an outdated OS and that D-Link has shifted support to newer systems.
