Some older Horizon releases (pre-7.8) did not have a separate extras bundle. For those, required tools are either integrated into the agent or available as standalone downloads.
The ZIP file contains several component-specific ADMX and ADML (language) files:
Settings will now appear under Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > VMware Horizon (or Omnissa in newer versions). 4. Key Performance Optimizations
Do not rely on MyVMware for every deployment. Store the Extras Bundle ZIP on a network share or in your configuration management tool (like SCCM or Ansible). VMware occasionally removes older versions.
