Zariyaat - Tafseer - Surah
The surah then turns to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the revelation of the Quran:
Ibrahim’s immediate generosity (hastening with a roasted calf) is cited by scholars as Sunnah of hospitality. Furthermore, verse 30 – "Thus said your Lord: Indeed, He is the Wise, the Knowing" – teaches that divine punishment is never rash; it follows wisdom and knowledge.

Here, Allah swears by the winds that scatter seeds, carrying heavy loads of water, and flowing with ease. The oath serves to emphasize the power and majesty of Allah, who controls the natural phenomena of the world.

"By the winds that scatter (seed), (1) and those that carry heavy loads of water, (2) and those that flow with ease and smoothness; (3)"
Allah swears by Himself—the ultimate guarantee. The verse declares that your sustenance ( Rizq ) and your destiny (Judgment) are both stored in the heavens.
