To gather information, we conducted a mixed-methods approach consisting of online surveys and in-depth interviews with lesbian amateur climbers from the American West. The survey was distributed through social media platforms, climbing forums, and outdoor enthusiast groups. We received 150 responses, and 20 participants were selected for follow-up interviews.
