If you own the physical boxed version of Corel Draw X4, the language pack is . It is on the second DVD labeled "Content" or "Companion Disc." Insert that disc and run Setup.exe > Choose "Modify" > Select additional languages.

Please note: CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 was released in 2008. It is legacy software. Corel no longer supports it, and official download links for language packs are no longer available on their website. The following write-up explains what the language pack is, why it was used, and how to approach this today with safety in mind.

Once the language pack is installed, you need to tell CorelDRAW to use it. You can switch between any installed languages (like English, French, German, Spanish, or Russian) at any time. Launch CorelDRAW X4 and go to Tools > Options Navigate to the Select your preferred language from the User Interface drop-down menus.
