After you upgrade to 1.0.13.1, store that USB drive in your glovebox. If the battery ever dies or the system corrupts, re-inserting the drive will force a recovery. Runs on Windows CE
This is not a standard over-the-air update. Because 9.1.3 uses a different partition layout and bootloader signature than 1.0.13.1, the official updater will usually reject the USB stick with a generic Update package mismatch error. upgrade medianav 9.1.3 to 1.0.13.1
