IGO often binds its license to the serial number of the storage medium. If you remove your SD card, format it, replace it with a new one, or copy the IGO folder from internal storage to an SD card, the license signature changes. The app sees a "new" drive and assumes the license is stolen.
The "The Application is Not Licensed" error can be frustrating, but it's usually resolvable with some simple troubleshooting steps.
