SAES-P-126 specifies that the Power Monitoring System (PMS) must be a standalone entity, physically or logically separate from critical protection and control systems to ensure data collection does not interfere with safety functions.
: Requirements for interfacing with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for real-time monitoring. 4. Functional Requirements The PSA system must perform several high-level functions: Protection
“Nothing living survives at that pressure.”
As with other , any conflicts between SAES-P-126 and international industry codes (such as IEEE C37.1 ) must be resolved by the Consulting Services Department (CSD) in Dhahran.
As a 13X type zeolite, SAES-P-126 features a pore opening of approximately 10 Angstroms (1.0 nm). This is larger than the more common 4A (4 Angstrom) or 5A (5 Angstrom) sieves. This larger aperture allows the sieve to adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 10 Angstroms. This makes it ideal for removing larger impurity molecules that smaller sieves cannot trap.
Lena shook her head. “The array wasn’t deployed until 2021. This starts in 2016.”
