Download the latest .dmg file. During installation, you will be prompted to grant permissions in your Mac's "Security & Privacy" settings (System Preferences > Privacy & Security). You must approve the Forcepoint system extension for the VPN tunnel to function.

This is a persistent issue with legacy VPNs. Create a launch daemon or ask IT to deploy a mobile configuration profile ( .mobileconfig ) that whitelists the Stonesoft team ID.

Ensure your client version supports your specific macOS version. Older Stonesoft clients will not run on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) chips without Rosetta 2 or an updated Forcepoint build.
