Make sure Reboot system now is highlighted and press the Power button .
Confirm by entering your phone’s lock screen password, pattern, or PIN. If you know your PIN and can unlock
Highlight Factory data reset (or Confirm ) and press Power .
Power off the phone completely.
You may be asked to enter your screen lock pattern, PIN, or password for security.
When the TECNO logo appears on the screen, release the Power button but continue holding Volume Up . It will restore the device to its original factory state
Use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe data / Factory reset .
