If you must continue using the Spro 2 online, root it, install a firewall (like AFWall+), and only sideload verified older app versions. And never, ever enter personal credentials on this device.

ZTE no longer distributes any official updates for the Spro 2. Any site claiming to have a new Android 8.0 or 10.0 update for this device is lying.
All of these receive regular software updates, support 4K input, and include official Netflix/Amazon Prime licenses.
Most manual updates require you to place the update.zip file in the root directory of a microSD card.
