The node-locked license is tied to the original machine’s hardware. Solution: SeisImager licenses are typically non-transferable. However, some vendors offer a "license reset" or "return license" feature. Before decommissioning the old PC, navigate to License > Return License to free the activation. On the new PC, generate a fresh Machine ID and request a new password. If you lost access to the old PC, contact Geometrics with proof of purchase. Run the installer as an administrator
