Let’s start with the basics. Canon does not host a live, searchable web API documentation portal like you would find with Stripe or Twilio. Instead, the documentation is bundled inside the SDK download package .

The SDK includes sample projects (C++, C#, Xcode). Debug the sample code line by line. Set breakpoints on every EdsSendCommand . Watch the state changes. The samples are often more accurate than the documentation.
