Kimberly Brix Guide
Look at your last email or sales page. Count how many times you use the word "I," "We," or "My." Then count how many times you use "You" or "Your." Brix suggests a ratio of 80% "You" to 20% "I." If you are talking about yourself, you are losing the sale.
Go to your website homepage. Remove every adjective. Remove the words "amazing," "incredible," "life-changing," and "revolutionary." Now, read what is left. If what is left doesn't explain what you do, you have a fluff problem. kimberly brix
