This paper explores the utilization of Google’s Flutter framework as a solution for generating and displaying Khmer PDFs. We propose a methodology that leverages Flutter’s internal Skia graphics engine, custom layout painters, and the printing package to bypass operating system font limitations. The results demonstrate that Flutter can generate pixel-perfect, searchable Khmer PDFs by rendering text to canvases before conversion, overcoming the limitations of traditional server-side or native PDF generators.
