If you have another antivirus (McAfee, Avast, Norton, etc.), uninstall it temporarily, then repair ESET.

A: The Registry entry or a scheduled task remains. Run msconfig , go to Services, hide Microsoft services, and look for anything named "EA" or "Es2utility". Uncheck it. Also check Task Scheduler for EA-related triggers.
