That is not a typo. 1,082 selectable characters on a single screen pack, operating at a stable 60 frames per second with zero crashes. The "15" in the title represents the number of years it took to curate this beast, as well as the 15 distinct tiers of balance I have implemented.

A roster of this size isn’t just a game; it is an interactive museum of fighting history. Spanning roughly 1.28 GB for the base engine and several gigabytes for the character files alone, this setup represents a curated selection of rare and offline characters. While my Mugen journey may be coming to an end, I'm excited to see what the future holds for the Mugen community.
