The eastern slope of Ilhabela 2 receives more rainfall than the western side, feeding spectacular waterfalls. Unlike the easily accessible (on Ilhabela 1), the falls on Ilhabela 2—such as Cachoeira do Gato and Cachoeira da Serraria —offer natural swimming holes often shared only with capuchin monkeys and toucans.
