A: Not recommended. Sodium is designed to strip down graphics for speed. Shaders add complex graphics. If you combine them, you might crash. Use one or the other.
Sodium V3 works perfectly on Minecraft Realms. Because it is a client-side mod, other players do not need to have it installed. You will just see smoother performance while they lag.
If you want shaders (cool shadows and reflections), use RenderDragon Fix. If you want pure speed to play PvP or Hardcore survival, Sodium Mod V3 is the winner.
