The dlc.rpf was updated, but the old handling or carvariations meta files are cached. Fix: Delete the contents of Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\[YourProfile]\ (except cfg.dat and pc_settings.bin ). This forces the game to rebuild the shader cache. Ensure both are from the same game build
