Digital Sat - Test

This is the most technical shift. The paper SAT was a linear test; every student in the room answered the same questions in the same order. The Digital SAT is "section-adaptive." It consists of two sections: Reading and Writing, and Math. Each section is divided into two modules (Module 1 and Module 2).

In the past, the Math section was divided into a "No Calculator" portion and a "Calculator Allowed" portion. On the Digital SAT, calculators are allowed for the entire Math section. The Bluebook app includes a built-in graphing calculator (Desmos), or students may bring their own approved physical calculators.

Every student receives a mix of easy, medium, and hard questions.
