Ken goes back, fights his awkwardness, and manages to give Rei his own eraser instead. He changes the past! The photo in the slideshow changes to a smiling Rei holding the eraser.

The rules are simple (and brutal). Ken has only the time the photo is showing to change the past. If he succeeds, the photo will change. If he fails... well, he stays in the loser zone.
